Automotive Designer/Concept Designer

Honda R&D - Tokyo Studio is the advanced design studio, working closely with the design development division of Honda R&D in Saitama Japan.  From our location in the culturally diverse district of Roppongi, our mission is to define and execute future design trends for Honda automotive products worldwide.

We are now looking for (i) automotive designer (exterior/interior) and (ii) concept designer, who are highly self-motivated and are open to new and exciting challenges.

Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in auto design, 0-5years of experience in the automotive design field, extremely high 2D manual and digital visualization skills (3D a plus), and a working knowledge of English (basic Japanese knowledge helps).

This is a contract position renewable yearly for up to 3 years, starting from April 2009. Provided is competitive salary package, including housing support.
