We are looking for a designer to join our Mercedes-Benz Van and Truck Design team covering the entire product range.

What you can look forward to:
Working independently, you will develop new plans and strategies for complex design projects. Your work involves producing sketches, renderings, presentation charts and tapes (including HMI) and artwork, which you will present in a suitable form for decision making up to executive management level. You will also coordinate implementation of real and virtual exterior and interior models through to the production stage. This includes arranging, supervising and conducting development meetings with in-house and external development partners from a design standpoint for design and model implementation in complex projects.

What you bring with you:
You hold a degree in vehicle or product design and have already accumulated several years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry. You are a conceptual thinker with a creative mind and enjoy working in a team. You possess considerable artistic talent and expressive ability in sketches and renderings, which you confidently demonstrate among other things in your mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator. You are also able to independently draw up schedules and cost budgets for your area of responsibility. A working knowledge of German as well as general interest regarding trends in art, architecture, graphic design and society at large are a matter of course.
