THE HOLLISTIC MOBILITY SYSTEM

YUTONG is the largest bus company for public transport and tour groups in Asia. Our daily goal is to offer our 3 customers - owner, driver and passenger - the best solutions for driving or travelling with our buses and coaches.

Public transport and privacy are often diametrically opposed. In addition, city buses for trips from A to B within the city are often not fully occupied or overcrowded. Taxis or shared cars are also often used by one person. In either case, you have no real privacy and are not tailored to your personal needs.

Task:

What a transport system would look like really goes from door to door without having to change the transport system. Another goal should be to reduce today’s traffic density, but with maximum flexibility in terms of destinations, number of people and privacy

Develop a futuristic mobility system and / or products that fit perfectly with your trip through the city or surroundings, avoid unnecessary traffic space, but also offer the opportunity to go on a trip with 4-6 friends.

• Present a story for both situations.
• Design holistic exterior and interior concepts.
• Final renderings that communicate your concept and design vision.
