The webinar is presented by Tony den Hoed, lead engineer of Volvo Construction Equipment’s rotating pipelayer team. With 18 years of experience in the construction industry, den Hoed is currently part of the innovation coaching team with Volvo, and helped to acquire the 3D printer to integrate into the product development process with the goal of reducing the product development cycle and cost.
Den Hoed is joined by Matthew Wahler, design engineer in product development for Volvo Construction Equipment. He is one of the key users of the Eden 260V 3D printer, and has used it to print numerous models. He is familiar with the printing techniques employed at Volvo to create the most useful and efficient printed models possible.
