The presentation showed how straightforward the jump into the virtual world can be and set out the requirements for using VR on a head-mounted display at a workstation. The webinar explored different virtual tools that interact with a 3D scene and included a collaboration demonstration of a VRED scene.
The webinar was presented by Simon Nagel, a visualisation specialist based at Autodesk in Munich. A former 3D artist, Nagel now focuses on VR, high quality realtime rendering and CGI production.
